Wood May Record Gothic Christmas Album With Manson

Washington, September 11:

Teenage actress Evan Rachel Wood has hinted that she may take out a gothic Christmas album with beau Marilyn Manson.

The 19-year-old, who has collaborated with Manson only on the karaoke stage, says that she may enter the recording studio with her boyfriend to rework a few famous Christmas carols.“If we were going to do anything, that’s what we would do - just because it would be hysterical,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

The ‘Thirteen’ star admits that she and Manson regularly sing at karaoke bars in New York.

Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ and Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born To Run’ are among the tunes that help them baffle club crowds, she says.

Wood has even revealed that a karaoke version of Manson’s tunes helped her win her beau’s heart.

“I looked at him and said, ‘I’m gonna sing one of your songs.’ I was just threatening, as a joke, but then I saw Lunchbox in the karaoke book. I don’t think he thought I knew the song,” she said.

“I went up (onstage) and just screamed it and sang it, sat back down, and he looked at me and said, ‘I’m so in love with you. You have no idea.’ It was really awesome,” she added.
